How long does it take before I receive my order?
ZOZO Living Interior Graphics are manufactured to order. It can take up to 10 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) to process an order and then orders are shipped.
Can I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with our product you can return it within 7 days after receiving the parcel and we will refund your money or replace the product.
Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You can only return product in original condition, with no trace of use and with all tags enclosed. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Payments
How can I pay for my ZOZO Living Interior Graphics?
We accept Visa and MasterCard for online orders. You may also e-mail us at orders@zozoliving.com with your order information, your address and phone number where you can be reached. We will e-mail our bank account details for electronic transfer. We do not accept personal checks.
Are there any applicable currency conversion fees when purchasing online?
No. The price you see online, no matter if it is in NZD or another available currency, will be charged directly to your credit card in that same currency. There are no applicable conversion fees to be paid and there is no price advantage for one currency over the other. Supported currencies are: NZD, AUD, USD, CAD, GBP, and Euro.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged on all orders shipped to New Zealand (15%).
When ordering from overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipment
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally via New Zealand Post, International Air. The cost depends upon the quantity and destination of a shipment. From your shopping cart you can estimate shipping costs. Delivery times for international orders vary from 5 days to 4 weeks depending on the destination. Please also note delivery times are estimates only.

How do I apply and maintain ZOZO Living Interior Graphics?
ZOZO Living Interior Graphics are easy to apply and maintain. Decals are shipped with instructions. To download the instructions, please click here.
On which surfaces can I apply ZOZO Living Interior Graphics?
ZOZO Living Interior Graphics can be applied on even, smooth surfaces such as smooth walls, glass, windows, doors, tables, smooth metal, plastic surfaces, finished wood furniture. ZOZO Living Interior Graphics can not be applied on uneven surfaces, raw concrete or exposed brickwork. We do not recommend to apply the decals to paper-based materials as it is not removable from paper or wallpaper.
Can ZOZO Living Interior Graphics be applied to painted walls?
Yes, but if you recently painted your walls wait for another two or three weeks, so the paint is fully cured. Note: some acrylic paints contain chemicals that make it hard for vinyl to be applied to.
Can you apply ZOZO Living Interior Graphics in the bathroom?
Yes, absolutely, but the walls need to be completely dry before applying.
Do I have to clean the surface before applying ZOZO Living Interior Graphics?
Make sure the surface is dry, clean and free from dust and grease.
How long will ZOZO Living Interior Graphics stay up?
ZOZO Living Interior Graphics are perfect for temporary applications, but if applied properly it can last for over 5 years. Outdoors the decals can stay up for 2 to 3 years.

Removal
Are ZOZO Living Interior Graphics easy to remove?
Yes, under normal conditions the decals are easy to remove from the surface.
Do I damage my walls?
Since we don’t know the condition of your wall, we cannot guarantee no paint will come off by removing the decals from a painted wall. Removing graphics from substrates that were not in good condition at the time of application may result in substrate damage. ZOZO Living cannot be held responsible in the rare case paint does come off the wall. For detailed instructions on how to remove the decals please click here.
Custom Colours
Are ZOZO Living Interior Graphics available in custom colours?
Yes, just select the custom colour option of the decal you wish to order. All available colours are listed in the colour chart. Please indicate your colours of choice during the check out procedure in the 'Special Instructions' area. If we're unsure about the colour scheme you wish to order we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone.
Please note that custom colour packages can not be returned and that NZ$10 surcharge applies.
